Painting Landscapes art holiday with Warner Leisure Hotels.On this course you will learn about using various media to help you create beautiful landscapes. This course will cover how to paint skies, trees, water, distance, middle distance and foregrounds, as well as how to incorporate other elements. Plus you'll be shown how to create a good composition, mix colours, and apply the paint. You will take home with you a work of art to be proud of, and we're sure a desire to return to learn more.

Murray will show you how to depict distance, middle distance and foreground, how to paint skies, trees, water and the other elements that make up the classic landscape picture; He will show you how to mix colours and guide you in creating good composition and how to avoid the pitfalls of working from photographs. He will pass on lots of professional tips and tricks of the trade to help you embark on this most enjoyable and creative pastime, he does warn however, that this can become an addictive hobby!
