Itinerary

Day 1

Local departure and a mid-morning crossing to Calais. Evening arrival at your hotel in the Strasbourg area for a three night stay.


Day 2Enjoy our included morning walking tour of Strasbourg’s old quarter starting at the landmark of the city, the Notre Dame Cathedral. Your afternoon is free to explore the Christmas markets spreading out from the cathedral square to the Place du Chateau, Place de la Gare, Place Broglie and nearby streets. You’ll find a variety of traditional stalls offering specialities such as hand made wooden carvings, scented candles, gift ideas, delicious snacks, hot mulled wine, or take an optional boat trip through the network of canals – a great way to see the city.


This evening join our included transfer into the centre of the Strasbourg where you can try the popular bars and restaurants around Petite France.


Day 3
At leisure, or join our optional threequarter day excursion to the picturesque town of Colmar with its traditional Christmas markets, enchanting medieval streets and delicious festive treats. This evening take our included transfer into the centre of the Strasbourg to enjoy the bars and restaurants once again.

Day 4
Depart after breakfast for a late afternoon crossing back to the UK and continue to your original departure point in the evening.
